FILTERING PLATES

COMPOSICION:
* CELLULOSE FIBERS: High content of alpha-cellulose, that prevents swelling when they enter in contact with water or other polar liquids, and also improve the agglomeration of all the additives in the plates.
* SYNTHETIC FIBERS: Component that differentiates them from the rest of the market. Such high density polyethylene fibers deliver high specific surface, thermo plasticity and elevated mechanical resistance to polar liquids.
* DIATOMEAS: Silicon sands with highly porous structure and great specific surface that offers more efficiency from the filtration plates.
* PERLITE: Material with great porosity and low density that helps filtration.
* RESINS: Material that confers the plate better mechanical properties, avoiding the deformation of the cellulose fabrics.
FOR BEST RESULTS FOLLOW THESE RULES:
* Store is a dry, odorless free place.
* Avoid liquid contact with a Basic pH that make them loose consistency. These take away the products that give consistency to the plate when humid.
* Don’t manipulate the plate with nails or objects that may scratch or damage the original shape and consistency.
* Place plate in the filter so that the liquid enters by the rigorous side and exits the smooth side, where the identifications marks suggest. With that in mind, you avoid getting fabrics from the plate to the filtered liquid, and also reducing the useful life of the plate.
